Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. This policy outlines when refunds apply and how to request one.
1. Website Packages — One-Time Builds
All sales are final once project work has commenced. Because every website is custom-designed and built specifically for your business, we are unable to offer refunds after kickoff.
- ✓If you purchase a package and we have not yet started work, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
- ✓Once a kickoff call has been scheduled or design work has begun, no refund will be issued.
- ✓If a project is cancelled mid-build at your request, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date.
2. Care Plan Subscriptions
Care plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
- ✓Monthly care plan charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- ✓Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again.
- ✓To cancel, email us at gabe@northlinestudio.info before your next renewal date.
3. Exceptions
We're a small business and we treat every client fairly. If something goes wrong on our end — such as a failure to deliver agreed work — we will make it right. Reach out and we'll work something out.
4. How Payments Are Processed
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Northline Studio does not store your card details. Refunds, when applicable, are issued back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
