What happens at month six
Your minimum term ends and nothing changes unless you want it to. Stay on month-to-month, or leave with 30 days’ notice. Your domain and your content are yours either way — we’ll help you move them at no charge.

When does the 48 hours actually start?
When your intake form is complete — not when you pay. If you pay Friday and send your logo Tuesday, the clock starts Tuesday. The intake takes about ten minutes, so most sites are live two days after checkout.
What if I don't like the site?
You see it before anyone else does. The plan includes two revision rounds during the build, and we apply your feedback before the site goes anywhere. If you've used both and it's still not right, tell us before launch and we refund your first payment in full and cancel the 6-month term. You've risked one month, and only if you let us publish it.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain and all of your content — photos, copy, logo — always, no matter what. The site itself runs on our hosting as part of your plan. If you cancel, the site comes down and we'll export your content for you on request.
Why is there a 6-month minimum?
Because there's no build fee. We do the full build up front and recover the cost over the term. Six months is the shortest window where that works — and it's a quarter of what most website-subscription companies lock you into.
What happens after 6 months?
You're month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no penalty, no phone call to talk you out of it.
What counts as an edit request?
A text change, a photo swap, updated hours, a new staff member — anything that takes us under 30 minutes. You get two a month. Extra pages and new features aren't edits; we quote those separately and tell you plainly when something crosses that line.
Do I need a domain already?
No. If you have one we'll connect it. If you don't, we'll register one for you and it's included — and it's registered in your name, not ours.
What if I don't have a logo or good photos?
Not a blocker. The intake has a path for both. We'll use professional stock imagery matched to your trade and set your business name in type until you have a logo. Plenty of our sites launch this way.
Is this a template?
We build from our own component library — the same way any studio works from a system. Your layout, colors, copy, photos, and structure are chosen for your business. You won't find your site's twin anywhere.
Do you use AI?
We use software to handle the repetitive parts — research, setup, testing, the checklist nobody enjoys. Every site is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes live, and nothing gets published without that sign-off.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Us. One email, one number, one person who knows your site. That's the entire point of paying monthly instead of hiring someone once.
